Our body is made up of energy which vibrates at different frequencies. Theslower it vibrates the more solid it seems and creates the physical body that people see.However, it is still energy.
We are fully healthy when our energy field is fully aligned with the physical body, this is called being fully grounded. We can then react in a healthy way to everything we meet during the day.
As an example - Imagine you are feeling really happy. Youenjoyedthe walk in the sunshine and then got on theswaying bus. However, although you have to stand there is plenty of room to allow you to keepyour feetshoulder width apartand you have nothing to carry. Whatever happens on the journey you cankeep your balance relatively easily.
Now imagineyou are already feeling ill, or maybe hungover from a great night out.It is raining and you have to run to catch the bus. It is very crowded and there is no room to make the space you need or to put down yourheavy briefcase. How easy will it now be to keep your balance?
Bypracticingenergeticgrounding and making time to be in contact with nature you will keep your immune system working at a higher level.
I find David Wolfe has interesting ideas. This video describes ways to ground your energy by being in contact with nature. I haven't personally tried the devises he mentions, so I have no recommendation about them. If you have experience of them, I would love to hear about it.
