Omega 3 Fish Oils - help adolescents with mental health problems
Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 2:54PM A recent study reported that Omega 3 fish oil supplements are helping adolescents with serious
mental health problems. 300 adolescents in the study showed 'substantial improvements' after taking the supplements.
Due to the success of the first study, they are extending the programme to young adults with psychiatric problems.
The researchers say Omega 3 supplements are a natural alternative to drug treatments for childhood mental health problems.
