What is Stress?

  • Are you constantly tired?  Do you find it hard to get to sleep, or to stay asleep till you feel rested? Do you wake up and feel you could stay in bed another hour?
  • Do you know that if you don’t do it, it won’t get done? Why are people so irritating?
  • Do youk deserve that extra glass of wine, or bar of chocolate?
