Having a baby can be one of the most exciting times of your life, as well as one of the most daunting. There are a lot of untruths and old wives’ tales when it comes to getting pregnant and having the baby. Many women are told there is nothing they can do to help with the common problems, they just have to keep trying, or put up with it. This is simply not true.
